Q. How long will it take to receive my gift item?
A. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. Handcrafted items take about 3 to 5 days longer.
Q. How will I know when my order has shipped?
A. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped. You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place your order. Please retain a copy for your records.
Q. Can I track my order online?
A We usually ship by USPS priority mail or First Class Postage. There is no tracking capability.
Q. Can I return a personalized item?
A. We stand behind all our gifts. Understandably, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a workmanship defect. If there is a problem with the workmanship, personalization or quality of an item, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a replacement or full refund.
The request for replacement or refund must be received by e-mail within 30 days of receipt of item.
Q. How can I cancel an order or change it before it ships?
A. To ensure that your request for cancellation or change has been received, use info@giftsfrommyheart.us to make your request. Please identify yourself by name and address and the type of item you ordered. Also, include an explanation about the problem you have encountered.
Q. I made a mistake on a personalized item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
A. We understand that everyone makes a mistake now and then (even us!), especially on spelling and dates. Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates, and names carefully. In the event that you make an error and don't catch it prior to the production of the product, and you now need a replacement, please contact us and we will offer a replacement to you at a discount.
We check our personalization twice before we complete the product. We would ask that you do the same. When you key the name and dates into the screen as you are placing your order, please look over them at least twice to make sure they are exactly as you want them to appear on the item. NOTE: WE WILL PERSONALIZE THE ITEM EXACTLY AS YOU HAVE REQUESTED.
Of course, if we should make a mistake, please let us know and we will send a replacement item at no charge.
Q. Do you offer quantity discounts?
A. Gifts From My Heart, LLC will soon be offering discount coupons on-line. We are in the process of updating our site. Look for emails announcing this new feature. (Be sure to establish an account with us so we will be able to notify you once this feature is in place.)
